Its modular capability is a game-changer, allowing riders to switch between open and full-face mode. Crafted from HJC’s Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell, the i80 is lightweight, offering superior fit and comfort. Its aerodynamic design enhances ventilation with three strategically placed vents for maximum airflow.The newly designed adjustable sun shield mechanism extends by 8mm, providing better sun protection. The 3D contour design ensures a secure fit, enhancing both safety and comfort.

Advanced Polycarbonate Compound 
By blending high-grade polycarbonate with high impact strength and ABS in an optimal ratio, HJC has developed a shell that is both strong and impact-resistant while maintaining a lightweight design.

Superior Ventilation
The i80 delivers superior ventilation through its Advanced Channeling Ventilation System, featuring top vents and two-step toggle lower vents for precise airflow control. This system promotes full front-to-back airflow, effectively flushing out heat and humidity to keep riders cool and comfortable, even during long journeys.

Visor System
The i80 features a versatile visor system with a Pinlock® Ready HJ-44 shield for clear, fog-free vision and an HJ-V12 dark smoke sun shield for enhanced glare reduction. Its newly designed adjustable sun shield mechanism extends by 8mm, offering improved sun protection. The quick, simple, and secure shield ratchet system ensures effortless adjustments, making it easy to adapt to changing light conditions. Provides 99% UV protection, Anti-Scratch coated. Wind tunnel tested peak visor and fine-tuned using advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) programs, provided maximum stability and reduced drag, even at high speeds
